Rhumbix provides a Dashboard platform for viewing and editing your T&M Forms. To get there, click on T&M Tracking under Field Forms.
You can use the top bar to navigate between groups and projects, as well as filter by date range.
For further view-customization, you can group the T&M Tracking view by a few different filters. To select a grouping, click the None button and select one of six options: GC Ref #, Company, Created By, Work Status, Tag Status, and GC Verified.
To view and edit a T&M Form:
- Scroll horizontally to the right.
- Click the View button.
- To edit, click the Edit button (if available).
- Make any additions or modifications required.
- Click Save.
Field Form users can now see the history of every edit made to their T&M Forms using the new history button in the table. This will be a helpful tool to see what was changed on a T&M form and who made the edit, which will provide higher visibility and streamline communication.
On your T&M Tracking page, simply scroll all the way to the right and you’ll see the new history button next to view.
This will then populate a list of the history of edits for that T&M Form with all the information you’ll need!
