If you do not see your projects, cost codes, or employees when setting up your time card there are a few quick steps to troubleshoot.
- Deselect and re-select your project and/or pull down on your list. That will reload your data to make sure you are looking at the latest and greatest.
- You will want to double check your project settings through your Dashboard to ensure the everything is entered in correctly with the right project.
- Try logging out of your Rhumbix Account through the profile page, and log in again.
If that does not solve your issue, please contact your administrator. They can add you to the projects you are working and/or add the cost codes and crew members you need.
