To lock a time period:
- Log onto your Rhumbix Dashboard
- Under Company Administration, select Locked Time Period.
- Click the checkbox next to ""Allow locked time periods," and select your lock dates (changes will be automatically saved). To move the date from week to week, go back to the page and click on your new lock dates.
Users with the PM, Foreman, Payroll Admin and Office Staff roles will not be able to edit existing time cards or submit new time cards within that time period. Users with the Admin roles can edit existing time cards and submit new time, but will see a lock sign to remind them the time period if locked.
